  After delivering our stillborn baby we had to make some tough decisions. Mike was such a blessing to work with. He was so thoughtful and gracious. We feel so lucky to have found him.

  Mike and his team were fantastic when it came time for my mother's funeral. They went above and beyond to personalize her service and carry out her wishes. There were logistical issues that they handled efficiently and professionally. Knowing they had taken care of every detail eased our worries. I can't say enough about the high quality of care we received during a difficult time.

  Mike and his team were amazing when my sister passed suddenly and very unexpectedly. It is hard when this happens and I had no idea what to do or where to turn. Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic.
  
  They went so far above and beyond to walk me through every step and hand hold every detail to ensure everything went perfectly. I did not have to think or worry about what to do, who to call, what forms we needed to complete and 100 other big and little details as everything was handled in such a caring and professional manner.
  
  Knowing that every detail would be taken care of was such an amazing relief. I can't thank Mike and his team enough fort the fantastic care we received during a tough and emotional time for our family.

  Mike and the team did an amazing job of caring for my Mother, even though they were not handling the services as she was to be buried out of state. They were kind, thoughtful, respectful, and gentle with her and my family. My mother arrived in a very timely manner for her funeral preparations in Illinois. Thanks Mike and Team!

  My father passed away over labor day weekend 2015. We called upon Heflebower Funeral & Cremation Services to make arrangements for his cremation. It is difficult to find the words to express how impressed and pleased I have been with the professionalism and resposniveness of this family run business. Mike Heflebower has personally overseen all of the arrangements from picking my dad up, to preparing him for viewing, to aiding in the selection of his urn and prayer cards. Mike and his father show geniune compassion and empathy for the families they serve. I can't imagine having to go through this process without their help. They have our family's heartfelt gratitude and respect.
